Spent New Year's Eve here and loved the complimentary taxi service and the surprise upgrade to a Deluxe room! The massage options were perfect for unwinding after exploring, and I even enjoyed a relaxing foot massage. The evening meals could use a bit more variety, but overall, this place is a winner! 🎉

Unbeatable location in Old Town district close enough to beautiful krakow, the Florian Gate and the main square where all the restaurants are placed. Continental breakfast with great food. Very early check-in and late check-out, parking on site.

Great that they have Wheelchair Accessible rooms with old style television, good bathroom plus air conditioning; everyone is welcome here. The offered breakfast was extensive and nice hot and included variety of options. The location was perfect and excellant, not too far from Main Square.
My bed was not very comfortable, unfortunately.

The atmosphere was peaceful despite being centrally located. Plus, the staff was very attentive, especially when we needed help with our family.
My kids wished there were more fun activities available for families.

Location Reasonable rate Good restaurant recommendation when I asked for one
Condition of hotel - my room was very stuffy, even with the window a little open. When I tried to open the window further, it fell to bits. The toilet wobbled. I don't know whether the 1970s Communist-era furniture was ironically retro, or just a sign that there had been no refurbishment for over 30 years. Although I'd asked for and been given a room at the back to avoid problems noted by some reviewers about street noise, there was more noise from adjacent buildings at the back. Some of the staff didn't speak English well.

Location good for old city walking.Breakfast OK. Hot water trouble was sorted out. Bit pricey compared to excellent hotel we stayed at in Warsaw (Sofitel). Can be a bit noisy outside in late night/early mornings.

My wife and I felt really comfortable. And it is important for Japanese that there is a bathtub in our room.
